R Marine Pittwater Basin Experience
A cooking class with a twist! Join us on the shores of Sydney’s beautiful Coasters Retreat or more commonly known as The Basin to enjoy a culinary experience with Chef Miguel Maestre.
The Basin is an isolated gem on the edge of Ku-Ring- Gai National Park sheltered with beautiful quiet tranquil waters, shady trees and and abundance of wildlife.
An afternoon of piquant delights, Miguel will be focusing on creating an Australian menu using Spanish ingredients, locally sourced and fresh produce. Along with eating his delicious food you will be able to participate in helping make these delicious meals at each station
The following food options will be available for you to try;
– Miguels’ master Paella
– Mouth-watering Porchetta Spit Station – this one will not disappoint the meat lovers.
– Raw Seafood Bar – a fresh seafood station with all flavours of the sea including freshly shucked oysters, prawns and much more!
– Satisfy that sweet tooth at our decedent dessert Station
*Gluten Free & Vegetarian options will be available
There will be a large variety of food to choose from, Miguel will be there to mingle with along with live music.
After wards everyone can retire back to the boats and enjoy the beautiful tranquility The Basin has to offer.
